Every time I venture out I take a pictures of plants and most of the time I don’t know the names. I am still learning about the plants around me. In West Virginia I knew almost every plant I came across. I had years to learn and lots of knowledgeable people helping along the way. Now I spend time on google, searching through image galleries and websites trying to find a match for my latest botanical discoveries. For this post I did find the name of the flower – horsemint. The heart-shaped leaf is either a morning glory or an air yam… I think. The spiked plant looks like
an agave a yucca. (thanks floridaeagle)
So if anyone knows the true identity of those two plants let me know and I will update the post. And many thanks will come your way!!
